The Back On Track Posture Reminder for Horse Riders is a comfortable brace that improves your posture. It activates your muscles and gives you low intensity training plus it reminds rather than supports your muscles which will improve your posture gradually over time.

• Wear the posture reminder 1-3 hours at a time with a loose fit, it should only tighten if you slouch which encourages you to straighten up.
• The brace has a velcro strap in the front which makes it easy to put on, take off and adjust while wearing it.
• Can be worn every day during the training session, in the stable or at home.
