Back on Track Scandic Leg Wraps / Bandage Liners - Pair

Back on Track Scandic PK Leg Wraps / Bandage Liner Pads for horses or ponies with Welltex infrared technology. To fit - simply wrap the wrap around your horses leg and apply a normal exercise bandage over the top to secure.

These wraps are the result from a long association with Back on Track AB, Patrik Kittel, and his horse Scandic, who all co-operated in the development of the Scandic PK Pads. The wraps are channel-worn with an exterior made of stretchy terry fabrics, which reduces the risk of the pads folding, spinning or sliding down. These pads are stitched in channels and lined with the unique Welltex® ceramic infused fabric, which gives the horse improved blood flow and optimum air circulation. The outer layer of stretch terry material ensures easy application and can be used during training, transportation or overnight under a bandage to help keep your horse in optimal condition.

How the Welltex® material in Back on Track products works:

• The Welltex® fabric catches the warmth the body naturally emits, changes it into a form of infrared heat radiation, and then reflects it back into the skin, bones, muscles and joints. Infrared radiation is a known energy form, used to increase well-being and generates a favourable effect especially for muscles and joints. The reflected heat helps to reduce muscle tension and increases circulation, which helps speed up recovery from injury as well as reducing the possibility of injury.
